A trial date has been set for the Cedar Rapids man who has been charged with three counts of attempted murder that stemmed from an alleged confrontation with his neighbors.

Joseph Pham will stand trial this September 10 in Linn County District Court, according to a story from the Gazette.

Police say the shooting began as a disagreement between Pham and his neighbor, and 39-year-old Brian Wilson, in Wilson's home.
