Annapolis police say a 2007 GMC Envoy was taken from in front of a house.

SUV Stolen from Home Near Navy Stadium

A company sport utility vehicle was stolen from in front of a home in the 700 block of Melrose Avenue, according to Annapolis police.

The vehicle, a beige 2007 GMC Envoy, is owned by Company’s Coming Inc.—Wild Orchid Cafe's catering division. It was being used by the homeowner, who told police it was parked in front of the house around 10 p.m. on Tuesday.

When the homeowner awoke on Wednesday morning, the SUV was gone. Police said the car was reportedly left unlocked with the keys under the driver's seat.

According to the report, there was no evidence of broken glass, cut wiring or drag marks in the area where the vehicle was parked.

The Envoy's license plate number is 1AC8461.
