I-95 Medical Emergency Clears Near I-395: Officials

BALTIMORE, MD — A medical emergency on Interstate 95 south slowed traffic Wednesday morning near Baltimore, according to the Maryland Transportation Authority. After 8:45 a.m., authorities reported the incident had cleared; all lanes were open.

Previously, traffic was funneled over to the left lanes as emergency personnel responded to the medical issue on I-95 south before I-395.
