Teen Fatally Shot After Not Buying Car From Facebook Seller: Reports
Police said the seller in West Baltimore shot at Carlos Carrazana Ricardo as he drove away, striking him in the head, according to reports.

BALTIMORE, MD — A Pennsylvania teenager was fatally shot after he drove to Baltimore and decided not to purchase a car from a seller on Facebook, according to multiple reports citing police.
Carlos Carrazana Ricardo, 18, was killed after he and a friend drove to West Baltimore to possibly purchase a 2006 Acura TL they saw advertised on Facebook Marketplace, the Baltimore Banner reported.
According to the Banner, Ricardo arranged to meet the seller on Nov. 26 near the 2800 block of Harlem Avenue. Court papers obtained by the Banner said Ricardo and his friend met with two men, one of whom was identified as 18-year-old Marques Harris.

After looking at the vehicle, Ricardo decided not to buy it, according to a Fox Baltimore report
. Authorities said Harris opened fire on the pair as they drove away, according to reports.

Ricardo suffered a gunshot wound to the head, Fox Baltimore reported. He was taken to University of Maryland Shock Trauma Center, where he died, reports said.
Harris was charged with first- and second-degree murder and attempted murder, according to online court documents.
Ricardo lived in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, and was a senior at JP McCaskey High School, his obituary read. Ricardo, who was born in Cuba, loved football and cars, according to the obituary.
