Annapolis General Manager Layne Sheppard along with sales managers, Jon Lucci and Kent Philbin, were the driving force behind the market’s growth in 2015. Sheppard started with Weed Man during high school as a Customer Outreach representative, working in the office his father, Bruce Sheppard and older brother Brandon Sheppard owned and operated. After college, Layne joined Weed Man full time, learning many different aspects of operating a business which prepared him to take the helm of the Annapolis office as General Manager in 2014. Sheppard’s prior experience with Weed Man has been invaluable in spearheading the office’s overall growth.

“None of this could have been possible without the support of my family, my staff and trusting in the tools and systems created by Weed Man. With the company’s guidance, our team has been able to develop a better customer experience over time by optimizing our operations across many different areas and looking for ways that we can continue to improve,” said Layne Sheppard. “This award was a great way to end another successful year and help us look ahead to another big year for our market.”
