Off-Duty Baltimore County Corporal Charged with DUI in Bel Air: Police
The officer is an Abingdon man who serves in the White Marsh precinct.
At 2 a.m. on Sunday, a Bel Air officer conducted a traffic stop after seeing a Toyota SUV run a red light at South Bond Street and Churchville Road, according to a statement the Bel Air Police Department released Tuesday.
The driver, Charles Bagley, 42, of Abingdon, was charged with several alcohol-related violations, Bel Air police said. Bagley is a corporal in the White Marsh precinct of the Baltimore County Police Department, according to officials.
The corporal's police powers have been suspended, and he has been placed on administrative duty pending the outcome of the court case and internal investigation, Baltimore County police said.
