2 Displaced By House Fire In Edgewood: Officials
A house fire in Harford County Saturday morning drew crews to Edgewood, officials reported.

EDGEWOOD, MD — Two people and a dog were displaced by a house fire in Edgewood Saturday morning, officials reported. Firefighters from multiple companies in the area worked to extinguish the blaze.
The fire marshal is investigating the cause of the fire, which was reported at 5:16 a.m., according to Rich Gardiner, spokesman for the Harford County Volunteer Fire and EMS Association. A single-family home as well as a vehicle were affected by the fire in the 200 block of Siwanoy Drive, he said.
When crews arrived, they found fire showing from the home, according to the Joppa-Magnolia Volunteer Fire Company.

Crews from Joppa, Bel Air, APG and Aberdeen assisted the Abingdon Fire Company with the blaze, Gardiner said.
The Red Cross was assisting two adults and one dog, he reported, noting nobody was injured.

The Office of the State Fire Marshal is investigating the cause of the blaze.
