What's Open, Closed in Bel Air for MLK Day 2017?

BEL AIR, MD – Martin Luther King Jr. Day is Monday, Jan. 16. It's a federal holiday and a holiday for the Bel Air and Harford County governments. Here is what that means for some services:

Trash: For residents whose trash is picked up through the town of Bel Air, trash that was to be picked up Monday will be collected instead on Wednesday with no bulk pickup this week. The Harford Waste Disposal Center and the Tollgate Yard trim drop-off facility will be closed.

Schools: Harford County Public Schools and offices are closed on Monday.

Libraries: All Harford County Public Library branches are closed Monday.
