Venti-Tre – a fast-casual Italian restaurant spun off from the Fazoli’s chain -- plans to open in Gaithersburg this summer.
The menu includes piadas, pastas, salads, soups and other sides, with prices ranging from $9 to $11, reports the Baltimore Business Journal.
A Baltimore Venti-Tre's opened recently in Canton Crossing, with plans for a second in that city and Gaithersburg in the next year. About 25 to 30 people will be hired for each location when they open.
The Gaithersburg location is closer to being completed, and probably will be open in June or July.
The Venti-Tre in Gaithersburg will be 2,750 square feet and seat just under 100 people, the publication said. It will be new construction and cost around $600,000.
