I-695 Closed At Wilkens Avenue For Vehicle Fire

BALTIMORE COUNTY, MD — All lanes are closed on the inner loop of Interstate 695 Friday evening due to a vehicle fire, officials say. The Maryland State Highway Administration reported there were major delays in the area of Wilkens Avenue as a result of the incident.

The fire occurred after 5:40 p.m. on I-695 before the exit for Wilkens Avenue, officials reported.
