The Columbia Mindfulness Group meets the first Monday of each month. All are welcome to join us for 30 minutes of quiet meditation followed by a discussion and sharing time focused on a book that the group is reading.

Have you ever wondered why it is so hard to extend the same kindness to ourselves that many of us gladly offer to others? This book helps develop the skills of compassion and lovingkindness.
