Man Missing From Colgate: Police
Have you seen Charles Edward Plumley? He is missing, police said.
BALTIMORE COUNTY, MD — A man is missing from the Colgate area, and the Baltimore County Police Department has asked for help locating him. Police said he was last seen the afternoon of Tuesday, Dec. 11.
Charles Edward Plumley, 69, was leaving his home at the time he was last seen, police said.
According to authorities, he lives in the 400 block of 52nd Street.
