National Farmers Market Week: Support Dundalk Market Vendors
National Farmers Market Week 2021 celebrates the resiliency of farmers markets during the COVID-19 pandemic.
DUNDALK, MD — The first week of August marks National Farmers Market Week, and there's no better time to visit the Greater Dundalk Chamber of Commerce Farmers Market and support local producers. The annual National Farmers Market Week celebration is coordinated by the Farmers Market Coalition, a nonprofit providing training, technical assistance and network-building to farmers markets nationwide.
Vendors at the Greater Dundalk Chamber of Commerce Farmers Market offer an array of goodies ranging from fresh produce, jams, jellies to, honey, eggs and more. There's also meat products, baked goods and even soft crabs that tend to sell out quickly.
The market is held every Saturday through October from 7 a.m. to noon, except for Heritage Fair Weekend. The Dundalk Farmers Market takes place at the corner of Dunmanway and Shipping Place in Historic Dundalk Town Center, 44 Shipping Place.
