Closings in Baltimore County on Monday, Feb. 15

BALTIMORE COUNTY, MD – A winter weather advisory is in effect until 10 a.m. Tuesday, and Monday is a federal holiday. As a result, there are a host of closings in Baltimore County on Monday, Feb. 15. If we missed any, please add them in the comments so we can put them on the list.

• Towson University: Closed due to weather
• Baltimore County government: Closed for holiday
• Baltimore County Public Schools: Closed; after-school activities are canceled
• Community College of Baltimore County: Closed; evening activities also canceled
• Loyola University: Closed
• Stevenson University: Closed
• Baltimore County senior centers: Closed
• Baltimore County Public Library branches: Closed
• Trash/Recycling Pickup: On as scheduled
• Landfills/drop-off centers: Open
• Parking Meters: Still require payment
• U.S. Post Office: Closed
• Restaurants: Open
• Retail stores: Open

Presidents Day is typically considered a celebration of George Washington and Abraham Lincoln, who were both born in February, and a day to honor all past U.S. Presidents.
