Plan Ahead: Army-Navy Game to Increase Traffic Downtown, Some Roads Closed
Heavy traffic is expected in downtown Baltimore Saturday; road closures, including part of the I-395 ramp, are in place.
BALTIMORE, MD — City officials advise drivers that there will be extra traffic and may be congestion downtown Saturday, especially in the area of M&T Bank Stadium for the Army-Navy football game. People are advised to allow additional time and arrive early if their destinations are downtown.
While the Army-Navy game starts at 3 p.m., traffic modifications will begin beforehand and last into the evening. Here are the street closure plans for Saturday, Dec. 10, according to the Baltimore City Department of Transportation:
- Camden Street between Howard and Russell Streets – 8 a.m. to 9 p.m.
- Eutaw Street between Pratt and Camden Streets – 8 a.m. to 9 p.m.
- I-395/MLK Ramp "D" to westbound Lee Street – 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
- Hamburg Street between Russell and Leadenhall Streets – closed as needed
- Ostend Street between Warner and Sharp Streets – closed as needed

All posted parking restrictions and residential permit parking regulations in the vicinity of the stadium will be strictly enforced. Patrons attending the game who do not have a parking permit for any of the stadium lots are strongly encouraged to use public transportation including mass transit, light rail, metro subway or the Charm City Circulator.
Spectators choosing to drive to the stadium should park at commercial lots and avoid area neighborhoods. Officers will enforce all posted parking restrictions in the vicinity of the stadium, and vehicles parked in violation will be ticketed and towed. Citizens with questions concerning the location of their vehicle should call 311.
