Maryland Weekend Weather: Much Needed Sunshine After Rain Spell
Following a dreary run of rain, things could be changing just in time for the weekend, according to the National Weather Service.

MARYLAND — Now that two days of mostly drenching rain is nearly done (there's a 20 percent chance showers today and tonight), the weekend is shaping up to include lots of sun with highs in the 80s and lows in the mid 60s.
Marylanders can expect hot heat without mugginess this weekend and a much-needed chance to dry out. Pop-up showers are possible, but no major storms appear likely at this time.
