Maryland Weather: Will Rain Stay Away This Work Week?

MARYLAND — After storms took over the area for part of the weekend, Maryland may see clearer skies for most of the work week. But storms have a slight chance of raining on our parades at several points.

Showers could come in between nice weather in the early week. Then we could see a repeat of this weekend as thunderstorms have a chance of reappearing Friday.

Monday: Increasing clouds, with a high near 83. Light and variable wind becoming east around 6 mph in the morning.

Monday Night: A slight chance of showers. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 68. Southeast wind around 6 mph becoming calm after midnight. Chance of precipitation is 20%.

Tuesday: A slight chance of showers. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 85. Light and variable wind. Chance of precipitation is 20%.

Tuesday Night: Partly cloudy, with a low around 70. Calm wind.

Wednesday: Mostly sunny, with a high near 89.

Wednesday Night: Partly cloudy, with a low around 72.

Thursday: A chance of showers and thunderstorms after noon. Partly sunny, with a high near 91. Chance of precipitation is 30%.

Thursday Night: A chance of showers and thunderstorms. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 73. Chance of precipitation is 50%.

Friday: A chance of showers, with thunderstorms also possible after noon. Partly sunny, with a high near 88. Chance of precipitation is 50%.
