$10K Reward Offered For Tips In Brooklyn Park Murders

A $10,000 reward is being offered for tips in the deaths of a Dundalk man and a Baltimore woman who were shot inside their vehicle.

BROOKLYN PARK, MD — A $10,000 reward is being offered for leads in the case of a man and a woman who were shot to death Oct. 4 in Brooklyn Park, officials said Wednesday. Anne Arundel County Police say Darrell Antonio Blowe, 34, from the 700 block of Peach Orchard Lane in Dundalk, and Kesa Kibibi Baker, 44, from the 500 block of Baltic Avenue in Baltimore, were shot, then their vehicle crashed through a fence and into a garage in the 5100 block of Patrick Henry Drive.

Police spokesman Lt. Ryan Frashure says that when officers arrived they found a vehicle that had caught fire with a man and a woman dead from apparent gunshot wounds. An autopsy determined the cause of death for both victims was multiple gunshot wounds with the manner being homicide.

The $10,000 reward seeks information leading to the arrest and conviction of the suspects responsible for the murders of Blowe and Baker. Homicide detectives say witnesses might be more likely to come forward and discuss the event due to the passage of time, or witnesses may have moved from the area and may be more comfortable helping with the investigation.
