Parkville High School Dismissing Early On Thursday
An issue with utilities in the area of Parkville High School prompted a change in dismissal time on Thursday, Feb. 21, officials said.
PARKVILLE, MD — Parkville High School will be closing at 12:30 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 21. All after-school and evening activities are canceled.
School officials said that the early dismissal is due to a water main break in the area of the school, which is located at 2600 Putty Hill Avenue.
The early dismissal means a very abbreviated day for students at Parkville High School; that's because all Baltimore County Public Schools started two hours late on Thursday on the heels of Wednesday's snowfall.
