2-Year-Old Boy Found Safe, Dad In Custody: BCPD
Thomas Fields III disappeared on May 17, and police said he had been located by May 19.
A 2-year-old boy has been found safely, and his father is in custody, police in Baltimore County reported before 5 p.m. on Saturday, May 18.
Joseph Thomas Fields had been sought in connection with the disappearance of his 2-year-old son, police said, citing a custody agreement violation.
He was located in Dorchester County, where he was being detained, officials said.

INITIAL REPORT — A 2-year-old is missing from the Randallstown area, and police have asked for help finding him. He is believed to be with his father, who is wanted for violating a custody agreement, according to police.
Joseph Thomas Fields III, 2, was last seen in Hoopers Island in Dorchester County, officials reported on Friday, May 17.
