FBI Joins Search For Missing Baltimore 4-Year-Old

BALTIMORE, MD — Police have asked for help finding a boy who is missing in Baltimore and has special needs. He disappeared Thursday afternoon, and the FBI reported that it joined the search Friday for the child, who has a mild case of autism.

Malachi Lawson, 4, was last seen at 3:22 p.m. on Thursday, Aug. 1. He walked away from the front door of his home in the 4500 block of North Rogers Avenue, officials said.

Lawson is missing a front tooth, and his hair is braided, police reported. He is described as 2 feet 6 inches tall and 40 pounds. He was wearing a white tank top with khaki shorts and black flip-flops.
