7 Pro-Impeachment Rallies Set For Tuesday In Maryland

With the House of Representatives set to vote to impeach President Trump on Wednesday, the progressive group Moveon.org has scheduled hundreds of “Nobody Is Above the Law” rallies around the country for Tuesday evening, calling for Trump’s impeachment and removal. Seven events are taking place in Maryland.

The rallies are all set to begin at 5:30 p.m. They are taking place at:

  • McKeldin Square in Baltimore
  • 754 Frederick Rd. in Catonsville, across the street from the late Rep. Elijah E. Cummings’ (D-Md.) district office
  • the intersection of Broken Land and Little Patuxent parkways in Columbia
  • by the Alex Haley Memorial at City Dock in Annapolis
  • in downtown Bel Air, across the street from Rep. Andrew P. Harris’ (R-Md.) office
  • Olney Manor Regional Park
  • Gaithersburg City Hall, 31 S Summit Ave.

Several elected officials are scheduled to speak at the Olney event, including Montgomery County Councilmembers Gabriel Albornoz, Evan Glass and William Jawando, state Sen. Craig J. Zucker, and Dels. Eric Luedtke and Pamela Queen.
