Baltimore County 911 Center Shutdown Has Been Resolved: Officials

BALTIMORE COUNTY, MD — The Baltimore County 911 call center underwent a systemwide outage Monday morning, according to authorities. Emergency management personnel reported the issue before 9:30 a.m.

Backup systems went into effect, and the Baltimore County Fire Department reported all systems were back in service by 11:40 a.m.

The Baltimore County nonemergency line is 410-887-2222.

Emergency callers should dial 911.

In some cases, police reports may be filed online, if the matter involves lost property, vandalism, hit and run, theft or abandoned vehicles.
