Maryland Memorial Day Weekend Weather: Storms Give Way To Sun

Expect thunderstorms and rain across the state Friday through Sunday morning with sunny conditions emerging on Memorial Day in Maryland.

MARYLAND — Fire up the grill and enjoy Memorial Day weekend, but don't stray too far from your umbrella. The National Weather Service forecasts isolated thunderstorms and showers on Friday into the evening followed by thunderstorms on Saturday. While the rain is supposed to move out early Sunday morning, it is expected to be mostly cloudy on Sunday. Don't fret though - the forecast indicates the sun should peek out on Memorial Day with mostly sunny conditions.

Highs will range in the upper 60s to mid-70s Memorial Day weekend. Some portions of the state may see 80 degrees on Saturday.
