BCPS Summer Meals To End This Week For 2020
Food will be available at other locations in Baltimore County between the summer and fall semesters.
BALTIMORE COUNTY, MD — The summer meal program offered through Baltimore County Public Schools will end Thursday, Aug. 27. Officials say that on Thursday, participants will receive breakfast and lunch for both Thursday and Friday.
The Baltimore County Public Schools Office of Food and Nutrition Services is distributing its final meals for the summer Aug. 27 so that it can prepare for the fall, according to a statement from the school system. During the interim, officials say they will be stocking up on supplies, preparing kitchens and training workers.
More information about the fall meal program will be forthcoming, officials said.
