31 Ballot Boxes Added In Baltimore County Before Election 2020
Authorities are expecting hundreds of thousands to cast their ballots in Baltimore County for Election Day.

BALTIMORE COUNTY, MD — Due to high demand, Baltimore County is adding ballot drop boxes to its already released list of locations. In early October, officials installed 13 ballot drop boxes.
County officials said 31 additional ballot drop boxes were being installed by Friday, Oct. 23, to meet the need for ballot drop-off.
Authorities reported 230,000 requests for mail-in ballots were submitted to the Baltimore County Board of Elections, and 75,000 had been received as of Wednesday, Oct. 21.

Turnout is projected to be 419,000, according to the elections board.
Ballot boxes are open 24 hours a day and have 24-hour security. They will close at 8 p.m. on Nov. 3.
