9 Senior Center Sites Added To Weekly Food Distribution Program
Baltimore County's Eating Together program will offer weekly bulk food distributions at nine additional senior center sites.
BALTIMORE COUNTY, MD — Nine senior centers will reopen this summer in Baltimore County, but until the remaining 11 centers open, the county's Eating Together program at senior centers will remain on hiatus.
The county is requiring members to complete an orientation in order to utilize the nine senior centers that are expected to open in July. They are located in Dundalk, Towson, Cockeysville, Randallstown, Pikesville, Perry Hall and Baltimore.
Until the Eating Together program resumes operations at senior centers, the county aging department will continue to provide a weekly bulk food program for seniors and will be expanding to include nine additional sites: Ateaze, Bykota, Catonsville, Cockeysville, Essex, Liberty, Parkville, Reisterstown and Seven Oaks senior centers.
