MARYLAND — It's a great weekend for festivals in Maryland, with plenty to choose from: Fall Fest, Old Bowie Celebrates, Annual Fall Festival, Elkton Fall Festival, Washington Ukrainian Festival, Maryland Wine Festival, Plein Air Painting Festival, the Maryland Iron Festival and more.
