Colley Johnson Ward sent the first photo of a competitive Irish Dancer from Ellicott City. Coco Ward, pictured below, is a 12-year-old who dances for the Kavanagh Porter Academy. That school has locations in Maryland, Georgia and Ireland.
Coco Ward will compete in the 2022 World Irish Dancing Championships this April in Belfast, Northern Ireland. She also danced recently at the pre-show performance of "Celtic Woman: Postcards from Ireland" at Baltimore's Hippodrome Theatre.
