MARYLAND — Maryland welcomed spring on March 20, but a chill still lingers over the state. Despite this cold snap, Patch is dreaming about daffodils and daisies.

Our next photo story will be spring-themed. We want to see your blossoming flowers, budding trees and emerging gardens.
