Police Say Glen Burnie Woman Stabbed Boyfriend

Police charged a Glen Burnie woman with second-degree attempted murder after she allegedly stabbed her boyfriend during an argument, according to Anne Arundel County police.

Police said that shortly before 9:30 a.m. on Sunday, officers responded to a domestic incident on the 7700 block of Oakwood Road and found a 42-year-old man with a stab wound in his back and laceration on his head.

Investigators said the man and his girlfriend began arguing, leading the man to begin removing his personal belongings from the apartment. The woman stabbed the victim as he was moving his items, police said.

An ambulance transported the victim to University of Maryland Medical Center with non-life threatening injuries, according to police.

Police charged Autumn Mary Marler, 31, of Glen Burnie, with second-degree attempted murder.
