I-95 Reopens After Tractor-Trailer Fire Near HdG: Officials
Interstate 95 south was shut down Thursday evening as crews responded to a tractor-trailer fire near the exit for MD 155.

HAVRE DE GRACE, MD — A tractor-trailer fire temporarily closed Interstate 95 south Thursday night near Havre de Grace. Officials said the fire broke out around mile marker 88.4 before 5:30 p.m. on Thursday, July 4.
The Susquehanna Hose Company responded to the scene and shared video of the incident that showed smoke coming from the tractor-trailer, which was on the right side of the highway.
All lanes were closed on I-95 south in the area around the MD 155 exit during the response, while I-95 north was unaffected.

By 6:15 p.m., the Maryland Transportation Authority reported all lanes had reopened. The traffic camera in the area showed the tractor-trailer on the right shoulder.
