Agents from the FBI shot and killed a man near the Walmart on Reisterstown Road Friday around rush hour, WJZ reported.
The shooting occurred in the 9700 block of Reisterstown Road, according to the Baltimore County Police Department.
WBAL, officers were called at 4:45 p.m. after federal agents shot a man who had been pulled over near a curb, then made a move to get away.
FBI agents fired at the man, who was driving a gray Infiniti SUV with New York plates, on the access road to the shopping center containing Walmart and Sam's Club, according to

A Baltimore County police officer was with the agents and did not fire,
Nearby Garrison Forest School, which had dismissed for the day, alerted those on campus to shelter in place from 4:40 to 4:55 p.m., according to
ABC 2 News.
The FBI and Baltimore County Police Department were reportedly collaborating on the investigation. Neither agency provided information about the deceased and why federal agents were involved.
