Man Charged with DUI in Deadly Liberty Road Crash: Baltimore County Police
Police said two teens were riding on a bicycle Friday night when an allegedly drunk driver hit them, killing one.

RANDALLSTOWN, MD — One teen died and another was injured when their bike was hit by a car on Liberty Road Friday evening, according to the Baltimore County Police Department. A Randallstown man has been charged with driving under the influence in connection with the deadly crash.
Jamal Quentin Anderson, 14, of the 3900 block of Red Deer Circle in Randallstown, was pronounced deceased at the scene on Liberty Road near Marriottsville Road before 9 p.m., police said.
A 19-year-old woman who was also on the bicycle was hospitalized with life-threatening injuries, according to officials, who said Saturday she was in stable condition.

According to police, the bicycle and a car had been headed west on Liberty Road when the 2002 Nissan Altima hit the bike; the driver remained at the scene and has been arrested.
Conrad Oliver Antonio Thorpe, 23, of the 3600 block of Waterwheel Square in Randallstown, has been charged with driving under the influence. He is being held at the Baltimore County Detention Center without bail.
