One Deceased In House Fire Near Parkville, Officials Say

PARVILLE, MD — Crews were dispatched to a home engulfed by flames early Sunday morning where someone was reportedly inside, Baltimore County public safety officials said.

First responders were called to the residence in the 8700 block of Lackawanna Avenue at 3:44 a.m., officials reported. The house was ablaze, and firefighters had to rescue someone at the home, according to the report.

As of 4:11 a.m., officials said that home was still overtaken by fire.

The Kingsville Volunteer Fire Company reported that one person was found deceased inside the residence, where a person had been trapped on the second floor.
