Wilson's federal indictment focuses on two files—one containing a video of a prepubescent girl performing multiple sex acts with an adult male and another photograph of a nude prepubescent girl, according to LeDuc.

As Wilson awaits federal trail, stipulations of his release include travel restrictions, collection of his DNA and medical and psychological treatment. He is also not allowed any unsupervised contact with a minor, she said.
