Tuesday Night: Snow, mainly before 9pm. Low around 4. Wind chill values as low as -12. Blustery, with a northwest wind around 20 mph, with gusts as high as 33 mph. Chance of precipitation is 100 percent. New snow accumulation of around an inch possible.

Wednesday: Partly sunny, with a high near 16. Wind chill values as low as -13. Northwest wind 13 to 17 mph, with gusts as high as 30 mph.

Wednesday Night: Mostly cloudy, with a low around 4. Wind chill values as low as -10. West wind 5 to 8 mph.

Thursday: Mostly cloudy, with a high near 18. Calm wind becoming west 5 to 9 mph in the morning.
