Police: White Marsh Man Found 'Safe and Well'

UPDATE (Nov. 20, 10:30 p.m.)—The Silver Alert for Clarence Leroy Wessel has been canceled. "He has been located and is safe and well," police announced.

UPDATE (Nov. 20, 9:57 p.m.)—Baltimore County police are requesting the public's help in locating a White Marsh man who went missing late Tuesday morning. 

Clarence Leroy Wessel, 82, was last seen at his home at about 11 a.m. on Nov. 20 in the 700 block of Gaylord Street in White Marsh. He had planned to drive to the MVA office at North Plaza Mall in the 8900 block of Waltham Woods Road in Parkville, according to the Silver Alert issued by police Tuesday night. 

Wessel is described as 5-foot 5-inches tall, 170 pounds, with green eyes, gray hair and glasses. He was last seen wearing a royal blue windbreaker, jeans and blue sneakers. His vehicle is a tan four-door 2004 Chevrolet Celebrity with Maryland registration RRH370, according to police.
