On The Road
As of 7:23 a.m., the westbound-right shoulder of MD-140 West between Reese Road and Old Baltimore Road is closed, according to MDOT. [Carrolton, MD]
As of 7:19 a.m., a crash was reported on I-270 South at the exit for southbound MD-85/Buckeystown Pike, according to MDOT. [Frederick, MD]
As of 6:53 a.m., the southbound-left shoulder, left traffic lane, and northbound-left shoulder of US-15 South past the exit for Opossumtown Pike are closed due to a collision, according to MDOT. [Applegate, MD]
As of 6:50 a.m, the left side of the northbound ramp from I-295 to I-695/11th Street Bridge is blocked, which is causing delays due to rubbernecking, according to WTOP Traffic. [Washington, DC]
As of 6:37 a.m., debris was reported in the roadway in both directions on MD-4 at MD 258, according to MDOT. [Bristol, MD]
As of 6:32 a.m., a crash was reported on westbound MD-100 before MD-10/Arundel Expressway, according to WTOP Traffic. [Pasadena, MD]
As of 5:38 a.m., the northbound right shoulder and one northbound traffic lane of I-95 North past the exit for MD-198/Sandy Spring Road are closed due to collision, according to MDOT. The right lane on the ramp is also closed. [Laurel, MD]
As of 3:10 a.m., the southbound shoulder and traffic lane, as well as the northbound shoulder and traffic lane of MD-26 North between Lyons Mill Road and Deer Park Road are closed due to utility work, according to MDOT. [Between Eldersburg and Randallstown, MD]

Westbound-right off-ramp from MD-725 West at John Rogers Boulevard is closed due to roadwork, according to MDOT. [Upper Marlboro, MD]
The northbound-left shoulder of I-95 North is closed from Weigh Station Access Road to Cherry Hill Road, according to MDOT. [Adelphi, MD]
Eastbound shoulder, traffic lane and center turn lane of MD-648 East between Kuethe Road and Governor Ritchie Hiway are closed due to a utility problem, according to MDOT. [Glen Burnie, MD]
Mass Transit
Due to fire department activity at the Suitland Metro Station, Metrobus route D14 is operating between Southern Avenue and the Suitland Station, according to Metro. Green Line trains are temporarily bypassing Suitland Station due to fire department activity. Shuttle buses have been requested. [Suitland, MD]
MARC Brunswick Line Train 874, which departed is currently experiencing a 15-25 minute delay, according to MDOT. [Washington, DC]
The MetroBus bus stop on I Street, Northwest at 14th Street is permanently closed, according to Metro. The stop previously served the following Metrobus routes: 80, G8, 52, S9, and X2. [Washington, DC]

As of 7:42 a.m., on Tuesday, the temperature in Washington, D.C. was 72 degrees under mostly cloudy skies, according to the National Weather Service. There is a slight chance of showers followed by sunny weather.
Skies over Rockville around 7:42 a.m., on Tuesday, were mostly cloudy, according to the AccuWeather forecast. The high temperature is expected to be 80 degrees and the low 57.
