On The Road

As of 7:02 a.m., the center of the road is blocked on the Outer Loop of I-495/Capital Beltway between I-95 and MD-650/New Hampshire Avenue, according to WTOP Traffic. [Hillandale, MD]

As of 6:59 a.m., delays were reported on southbound I-97 after MD-178 after earlier police activity, according to WTOP Traffic. [Crownsville, MD]

As of 6:39 a.m., the northbound-right shoulder of MD-187 at Woodmont Avenue is closed, according to MDOT. [Bethesda, MD]

As of 6:27 a.m., a crash was reported on northbound US-1 near Muirkirk Road, according to WTOP Traffic. [South Laurel, MD]

As of 6:26 a.m., the northbound-left shoulder of I-95 North is closed from Weigh Station Access Road to Cherry Hill Road, according to MDOT. [Adelphi, MD]

As of 6:25 a.m., both southbound shoulders on I-395 from Conway Street to the Fort McHenry Tunnel are closed, according to MDOT. [Baltimore, MD]

As of 6:25 a.m., one northbound-right shoulder and one right traffic lane on US-15 North at West Main Street are closed, according to MDOT. [Thurmont, MD]

As of 6:22 a.m., the northbound-right shoulder and right traffic lane of I-95 North past the exit for MD-43/White Marsh Boulevard are closed, according to MDOT. [Bradshaw, MD]

As of 6:01 a.m., debris was reported in the roadway on the ramp from MD-175 West to southbound US-29, according to MDOT. [Columbia, MD]

As of 3:38 a.m., the 1500 block of 19th Street, Southeast, between P and Q Streets is closed due to police activity, according to the Metropolitan Police Department. [Washington, DC]

As of 10:12 p.m., on Wednesday, Half Street, Southwest is closed in both directions between I Street, Southwest and K Street, Southwest, according to WTOP Traffic. [Washington, DC]

As of 4:49 p.m, on Tuesday, the westbound-shoulder, one eastbound traffic lane, and the center turn lane of MD-117 at Metz Drive are closed due to a utility problem, according to MDOT. [Gaithersburg, MD]

On Metro

Local and Express shuttle bus service available at Stadium-Armory due to the summer platform improvement project, according to Metro. Several stations in Maryland on the Orange Line are closed due to the project: Minnesota Avenue, Deanwood, Cheverly, Landover, and New Carrollton. [Washington, DC]

DC Weather

Expect plenty of sunshine on Thursday, with a high of 86 and a low of 62, according to the AccuWeather forecast. Skies were clear above Rockville at 6:55 a.m., with a temperature of 63 degrees.
