On The Road

As of 7:39 a.m., a crash involving an overturned vehicle on Elvation Road is impacting traffic in both directions and on Jumpers Hole Road, according to WTOP Traffic. [Pasadena, MD]

As of 7:23 a.m., westbound traffic lane and shoulder off MD-343 West between Sunburst Highway and Foxtail Driver are closed, according to MDOT. [Cambridge, MD]

As of 7:19 a.m., disabled truck was reported blocking the righthand lane of inbound New York Avenue, Northeast near Kendall Street, Northeast, according to WTOP Traffic. [Ivy City, DC]

As of 7:14 a.m., left turn lane and shoulder of northbound MD-190 is closed at Ridgefield Road, according to MDOT. [Somerset, MD]

As of 7:14 a.m., northbound left shoulder of I-95 North from Weigh Station Access Road to Cherry Hill Road is closed, according to MDOT. [Cherry Hill Park, MD]

As of 7:11 a.m., a disabled vehicle was reported in the roadway on eastbound Keith Avenue at the ramp from Keith Avenue to I-95 North, according to MDOT. [Baltimore, MD]

As of 7:08 a.m., a crash was reported on inbound Suitland Parkway near Firth Sterling Avenue, Southeast, according to WTOP Traffic. [Anacostia, DC]

As of 6:53 a.m., both traffic lanes of southbound MD-70 between Calvert Street and College Avenue are closed, according to MDOT. [Annapolis, MD]

As of 5:54 a.m., southbound shoulder and the northbound traffic lane and shoulder of MD 27 at Brown Church Road are closed due to a collision, according to MDOT. [Mount Airy, MD]

As of 5:39 a.m., fire department activity was reported to be affecting traffic both ways on MD-355 at Reels Mill Road, according to WTOP Traffic. [Frederick, MD]

As of 5:14 a.m., one westbound lane and shoulder, and the left traffic lane of MD-404 West at Downes Station Road are closed due to a two-vehicle collision, according to MDOT. [Queen Anne, MD]

On Metro

As of 6:22 a.m., due to a non-MTA-related accident CityLink Lime will be diverting at eastbound Liberty Road and Milford Mill, according to MTA. [Baltimore, MD]

As of 5 a.m., Light RailLink was experiencing delays in north and southbound service, according to MTA. [Baltimore, MD]

Local and Express shuttle bus service available at Stadium-Armory due to the summer platform improvement project, according to Metro. Several stations in Maryland on the Orange Line are closed due to the project: Minnesota Avenue, Deanwood, Cheverly, Landover, and New Carrollton. [Washington, DC]

DC Weather

Expect cloudy skies over the Baltimore/Washington metropolitan region on Monday, with off and on showers, according to the National Weather Service forecast. Temperatures will be lower than normal, with the coolest temperatures west of the Blue Ridge Mountains, where you'll find the thickest cloud cover.

Expect showery weather on Monday to continue through Tuesday afternoon, according to the AccuWeather forecast. As of 7:39 a.m., the temperature in Rockville, Maryland was 64 degrees. The high today is expected to be 75 and the low 61.
