On The Road

As of 7:04 a.m., a disabled vehicle on the left eastbound lane of I-695 at 11th Street, Southeast has been cleared and all lanes have reopened to traffic, according to DDOT. [Washington, DC]

As of 6:47 a.m., debris reported in the roadway on the Outer Loop of the Capital Beltway/I-495 between westbound MD-97/Georgia Avenue and MD-185/Connecticut Avenue, according to MDOT. [Silver Spring, MD]

As of 6:43 a.m., right acceleration lane and right shoulder of the Baltimore Inner Loop/I-695 at MD-122/Security Boulevard, according to MDOT. [Baltimore, MD]

As of 6:30 a.m., both lanes are closed on MD-70 South between Calvert Street and College Avenue, according to MDOT. [Annapolis, MD]

As of 6:21 a.m., flashing traffic lights on Canal Road Northwest at the Chain Bridge, according to WTOP Traffic. [Washington, DC]

As of 6:05 a.m., all lanes open but expect delays at a cleared work zone on US-50/New York Avenue Northeast between South Dakota Avenue Northeast and Bladensburg Road Northeast, according to WTOP Traffic, [Washington, DC]

As of 6:02 a.m., crash involving a motorcycle reported on southbound DC-295 near Benning Road Northeast, according to WTOP Traffic. [Washington, DC]

On Metro

Expect delays in both directions on Metro's Red Line due to a switch problem at the Silver Spring Station, according to Metro. [Silver Spring, MD]

Local and Express shuttle bus service available at Stadium-Armory due to the summer platform improvement project, according to Metro. Several stations in Maryland on the Orange Line are closed due to the project: Minnesota Avenue, Deanwood, Cheverly, Landover, and New Carrollton. [Washington, DC]

On MARC

Penn Line Train 505, which departed from Perryville at 4:25 a.m., is operating with a 40-45 minute delay and are holding at West Baltimore due to an unruly passenger, according to MDOT. This affects the MARC: Penn-Washington, DC route. [Baltimore, MD]

DC Weather

Wednesday will be mostly sunny with a high of 90 and a low of 72, according to the AccuWeather forecast. The temperature at 7 a.m. was 67 degrees.
