As of 7:31 a.m., a crash is impacting traffic in both directions on Rhode Island Avenue, Northeast near Lincoln Road, Northeast, according to WTOP Traffic. [Columbia Heights, DC]
As of 7:20 a.m., a crash involving a pedestrian is causing delays in both directions on North Capital Street and H Street, according to WTOP Traffic. [NoMa, DC]
As of 7:13 a.m., a struck animal was reported on southbound Connecticut Avenue near Bradley Lane, according to WTOP Traffic. [Bethesda, MD]
As of 7:12 a.m., a crash was reported on westbound I-395/Southwest Freeway after Maine Avenue, Southwest, according to WTOP Traffic. [Washington, DC]
As of 7:08 a.m., the westbound-left traffic lane and left shoulder of US-50 West from Old Ocean Gateway to Rhodesdale Vienna Road are closed, according to MDOT. [Vienna, MD]
As of 7:08 a.m., the westbound shoulder of MD-108 between Middle Patuxent and Sheppard Lane is closed, according to MDOT. [Clarksville, MD]

Eastbound shoulder, traffic lane and center turn lane of MD-648 East between Kuethe Road and Governor Ritchie Highway are closed due to a utility problem, according to MDOT. [Glen Burnie, MD]
Both northbound shoulders and traffic lanes of MD-150 North between Sparrows Point Boulevard and Wharf Road are closed, according to MDOT. [Sparrows Point, MD]
As of 4:51 a.m., the 1900 block of Vermont Avenue, Northwest between T and U streets is closed due to a police investigation, according to the Metropolitan Police Department. [Washington, DC]
Mass Transit
Due to bus operator availability, the following MetroBus trips may experience delays on Monday morning, according to Metro: 83, 86, F4, F6, F13, and T18. [Washington, DC]
Due to mechanical issues, MetroBuses on Route V12 may operate with delays in both directions on Monday morning, according to Metro. [Washington, DC]
Due to a driver shortage, the following Commuter Bus trips will not operate on Monday: Route 840 - Trip#-7, according to MTA. [Calvert County, MD]
As of 6 a.m., Light RailLink was experiencing a 30-minute delay in service on Monday morning, according to MDOT. [Baltimore, MD]
DC Weather
Monday morning across the Baltimore-Washington region will start off with patchy fog, before becoming sunny with a high of 79 and a low of 42, according to the National Weather Service.
As of 7:42 a.m., the skies over Rockville were mostly cloudy with a temperature of 64 degrees, according to the AccuWeather forecast.
