On The Road

As of 10:41 a.m., truck crash with injury on westbound I-495/Outer Loop prior to MD-185 has been contained to the right shoulder. Although all travel lanes have reopened, delays remain starting near MD-650. Inner Loop rubbernecking is disappointing, according to MATOC alerts. [Montgomery County, MD]

As of 10:28 a.m., a truck crash with injuries was reported on the Outer Loop of the I-495/Capital Beltway at the exit for westbound Connecticut Avenue, where three traffic lanes and the right shoulder are closed. Delays begin near MD-650. Delays are also building on the Inner Loop due to rubbernecking, according to MATOC alerts. [Montgomery County, MD]

As of 7:15 a.m., I-95 North before the exit to northbound MD-52/Mountain Road is closed. [Edgewood, MD]

As of 7:15 a.m., the right deceleration lane and shoulder of southbound MD-190 at Ridgefield Road are closed. [Somerset, MD]

As of 7:15 a.m., both traffic lanes of MD-70 South between Calvert Street and College Avenue are closed. [Annapolis, MD]

As of 7:15 a.m., the northbound right shoulder of MD-187 at Woodmont Avenue is closed, according to MDOT. [Bethesda, MD]

As of 7:15 a.m., lanes 7/11 on northbound I-95 north of Frenchtown Road are closed, according to MDOT. [John F. Kennedy Highway Toll Plaza, MD]

As of 7:15 a.m., the northbound left acceleration lane on Wisconsin Avenue to Edgemoor Lane is closed, according to MDOT. [Bethesda, MD]

As of 7:15 a.m, the left shoulder of I-95 North is closed from Weigh Station Access Road to Cherry Hill Road, according to MDOT. [Adelphi, MD]

As of 7:12 a.m., right lane and shoulder of I-95 North NORTH past the exit to MD-24/Vietnam Veterans Memorial Highway are closed . [Abington, MD]

As of 7:11 a.m., crash reported on northbound Baltimore-Washington Parkway after Powder Mill Road, according to WTOP. [Greenbelt, MD]

As of 7:04 a.m., crash is impacting traffic in both directions on MD-197 at MD-295/Baltimore-Washington Parkway, according to WTOP. [South Laurel, MD]

As of 6:16 a.m., a crash was reported on MD-410 between Connecticut Avenue and Brookville Road, according to MDOT. [Chevy Chase, MD]

On Metro

As of 6:51 a.m., Expect residual delays on the Green Line to Branch Avenue due to an earlier train malfunction at PG Plaza Mall. [Washington, DC]

As of 5:16 a.m., Red Line trains are running every 10 minutes in two segments. The first is Glenmont-Farragut North and the second is Shady Grove-Van Ness. Earlier, service was suspended between Van Ness and Farragut North for low-voltage cable repairs. Bus shuttles leave every 7-10 mins. Passengers can also take Metrobus L2. [Washington, DC]

Local and Express shuttle bus service available at Stadium-Armory due to the summer platform improvement project, according to Metro. Several stations in Maryland on the Orange Line are closed due to the project: Minnesota Avenue, Deanwood, Cheverly, Landover, and New Carrollton. [Washington, DC]

Skies are mostly cloudy and the temperature in Rockville, Maryland is 70 degrees, according to the AccuWeather forecast. There's a 40 percent chance of precipitation with possible thunderstorms later. The high on Monday will be 87 and the low 72.
