On The Road
As of 7:31 a.m., expect delays on Eastern Avenue at Sheriff Road and Division Avenue due to a crash, according to WTOP. [Washington, DC]
As of 7:20 a.m., traffic is slow on the Inner Loop of the Capital Beltway/I-495 after MD-193/University Boulevard due to a work zone, according to WTOP.
As of 7 a.m., the right lane of traffic is getting around a crash on southbound MD-32 after Triadelphia, according to WTOP. [Glenelg, MD]
As of 6:43 a.m., traffic is getting by in both directions on Rhode Island Avenue at North Capitol Street following an earlier crash, according to WTOP. [Washington, DC]
As of 5:12 a.m., the off-bound ramp for southbound MD-295 at West Nursery Road is closed due to police activity, according to the MDOT. [Linthicum, MD]
On Metro
Local and Express shuttle bus service available at Stadium-Armory due to the summer platform improvement project, according to Metro. Several stations in Maryland on the Orange Line are closed due to the project: Minnesota Avenue, Deanwood, Cheverly, Landover, and New Carrollton. [Washington, DC]

DC Weather
Wednesday will be mostly sunny and hot, according to the AccuWeather forecast. The temperature was 75 degrees at 7:28 a.m., but the his is expected to be 95 and the low 78.
As of 6:59 a.m., Mayor Muriel Bowser has activated the District's Heat Emergency Plan due to Wednesday's forecast of extreme temperatures. [Washington, DC]
As of 6:30 a.m., the temperature in Montgomery Count was 70 degrees with a 90 percent humidity, according to the National Weather Service forecast.
