On The Road
As of 7:29 a.m., a disabled vehicle has been reported on the Inner Loop I-695 of the Baltimore Beltway at MD-140/Reisterstown Road, according to MDOT. [Randallstown, MD]
As of 7:25 a.m., one-third of the left lane and left shoulder of MD-410 West are closed from Riggs Road to Ager Road, according to MDOT. [Hyattsville, MD]
As of 7:25 a.m., a disabled vehicle reported on I-270 South prior to Middlebrook Road, according to MDOT. [Germantown, MD]
As of 7:22 a.m., all lanes of the Outer Loop/I-95 of the Capital Beltway at Good Luck Road have reopened following an early vehicle fire, according to WTOP. Delays continue. (Lanham, MD)
As of 7:19 a.m., a disabled vehicle reported on I-270 North at the exit for MD 297/Montrose Road, according to MDOT. [North Bethesda, MD]
As of 7:1o a.m., a disabled vehicle reported on I-270 North at the exit for I-370 East, according to MDOT. [Gaithersburg, MD]
As of 7:08 a.m., debris in the roadway on the Outer Loop/I-95 of the Capital Beltway past the exit for MD-295/Baltimore-Washington Parkway, according to MDOT [Greenbelt, MD]
As of 7:07 a.m., the left shoulder of I-95 North from the Weigh Station Access Road to Cherry Hill Road is closed to traffic, according to MDOT. [College Park, MD]
As of 7:03 a.m., the right hand turn lane of MD-214 East at Hampton Park Road is blocked due to utility work, according to MDOT. [Largo, MD]
As of 6:53 a.m., right shoulder of MD-4 North right off the ramp from MD-980 is closed due to roadwork, according to MDOT. [Queenland, MD]
On Metro
As of 7:02 a.m., Metrobuses traveling both directions on Route 80 are experiencing delays due to an accident on North Capitol Street at P Street, Northeast, according to Metro. [Washington, DC]
Local and Express shuttle bus service available at Stadium-Armory due to the summer platform improvement project, according to Metro. Several stations in Maryland on the Orange Line are closed due to the project: Minnesota Avenue, Deanwood, Cheverly, Landover, and New Carrollton. [Washington, DC]

As of 6:56 a.m., MARC Camden Line Train 847 is currently operating with a 20-30 minute delay this morning, according to MTA/MDOT. [Washington, DC]
DC Weather
As of 7:45 a.m., the skies were partly sunny and the temperature was 77 degrees, according to the AccuWeather forecast. The high on Monday is expected to be 90 and the low 69, with a 55 percent chance of precipitation. Thunderstorms, some severe, are expected to pass through the region late this afternoon and into tonight.
Due to the extreme heat in today's forecast, D.C. Mayor Muriel Bowser had declared a heat emergency, which will go into effect at 10 a.m., on Monday in the District. The heat index is expected to be 95 degrees or higher according to the D.C. government.
