The snow will continue into Tuesday afternoon. Metro officials announced paratransit service will be suspended at 4 p.m. Monday and all day Tuesday as the nor-easter brings one last winter blast to the region.
The snow will create difficult travel conditions and pay cause scattered power outages. Residents are encouraged to only travel in an emergency. If you must travel, keep an extra flashlight, food and water in your vehicle in case of an emergency.
