John and Dan have over sixty years of executive chef and catering experience between them. Trained at the famous Johnson & Wales Culinary School, their artistry combined with many years of experience drives their fresh and innovative approach to event planning. They owned the highly popular “A Hot Dish!” catering company from 2001 until they sold it in 2008. They are excited to return to catering and event planning.

Chefs John and Dan are excited to offer culinary classes in their premiere catering kitchen in Amesbury or, you can enjoy your classes in the comfort of your own home and make it a party! Learn the essential skills that will prepare you for a lifetime of great cooking. Themes include “French Kissed”, “Rome-ing Italy”, “The Soul of Bourbon Street”, “Great Gatsby”, and “Havana Nights”. They are pairing their classes with wine from local vineyards; and for the men - cognac, brandy, bourbon and cigar pairings from local area spirit and tobacco stores.
