Cocaine Trafficking, Assault, Anonymous Driving

The Attleboro Police Department reported the following recent arrests and charges (an arrest and/or charge does not indicate a conviction):

Oct. 22

  • *9:58 a.m. Johanna Nunez, 24, of Cumberland was arrested outside Rite Aid on Washington Street on a warrant and suspicion of operating an uninsured and unregistered motor vehicle with a suspended license. She was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.
  • 6:02 p.m. Alexander T. Amaral, 18, of Fall River and Travis R. Brown, 21, of Attleboro were arrested at Bristol Place Shopping Center on Newport Avenue. They were arrested on suspicion of possessing a class C drug, receiving a stolen motor vehicle, receiving stolen property and shoplifting.

Oct. 23

  • 4:53 a.m. Joseph Gomes, 51, and Lisa M. LaPlante, 36, both of Attleboro were arrested outside McDonald's on Washington Street on warrants. The details of Gomes' warrant were not specified in the booking sheet. LaPlante was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.
  • 4:41 p.m. Elias Santos-Ramos, a 30-year-old homeless man, was arrested on Thacher Street on an unspecified warrant as well as suspicion of trespassing and disorderly conduct.

Oct. 24

  • 7:54 a.m. Nicholas D. Dore, 22, of North Attleborough was arrested at Bristol Glass on North Main Street on suspicion of trespassing.
  • 9:58 a.m. Scott Amorim, 31, of Attleboro was arrested at Cumberland Farms on County Street on suspicion of possessing a class B drug with intent to distribute and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.
  • 3:23 p.m. Tina D. Ross, 18, of Attleboro was arrested at Big Lots on South Main Street on suspicion of shoplifting.

Oct. 25

  • 4:54 a.m. Attleboro residents Gregory A. Silva, 26, Daniel R. Perron, 28 and Dennis Juan Rivera, 25, were arrested following a traffic stop at 285 County St. All three men were arrested on suspicion of cocaine trafficking and possessing a class D drug with intent to distribute. Rivera was also suspected of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and speeding.
  • 6:31 a.m. Salom Lee, 28, of Attleboro was arrested at 3 Richie Road on a warrant. He was charged with conspiracy to violate a drug law.
  • 10:15 a.m. Manuel H. Gonzalez, 30, of Providence was arrested on Washington Street on suspicion of operating a motor vehicle with equipment violations without a license and refusing to identify himself.
  • 3:06 p.m. Christopher Nelson Jones, 23, of Pawtucket was arrested in Providence on a warrant. He was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.

Oct. 26

  • 9:51 a.m. Robert Wayne Saunders, 25, of Cranston was arrested on northbound I-95 on suspicion of operating a motor vehicle without a license. He was also accused of a moving violation.
  • 5:48 p.m. Robert Austin Bolton, 31, of Attleboro was arrested at his Peck Street home on suspicion of assault and battery (domestic).
  • 11:13 p.m. Samuel J. Salguero, 50, of Pawtucket was arrested at an unspecified location on suspicion of OUI liquor and negligent operation of a motor vehicle.
  • 11:36 p.m. LaShawn Walker, 31, of West Roxbury was arrested at 75 South Main St. on a warrant. He was charged with threat to commit a crime.

Oct. 27

  • 12 p.m. Joseph Fernandes, 45, of Attleboro was arrested at his Thurber Avenue home on suspicion of assault and battery (domestic).

Oct. 28

  • 4:06 a.m. Xavier Marcano Alicea, 26, of Providence was arrested at 24 Angell Street on suspicion of assault and battery (domestic), assault with a dangerous weapon and threat to commit a crime.
  • 12:21 p.m. Erek Hancock, 41, of Attleboro was arrested on Perry Avenue on suspicion of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle in violation of a license restriction and obstructing an emergency vehicle.
  • 4:13 p.m. Joanne Kehoe, 51, of Attleboro was arrested at Bristol Place Shopping Center on Newport Avenue on suspicion of shoplifting.
  • 8:21 p.m. Ronald C. McArthur, 46, of Attleboro was arrested at CVS on Washington Street on suspicion of defacing property and disorderly conduct.
