Bert Jackson Joins Cape Cod Culinary Incubator Board
The Cape Cod Culinary Incubator announces long time Cape Cod community leader and activist, Bert Jackson, will join its Board of Directors.

“We are pleased to welcome Bert Jackson to our Board. Bert has a demonstrated record of
leadership in technology and consulting on Cape Cod. Most importantly he shares our vision of
Economic Development by nurturing entrepreneurship to create food industry jobs on Cape Cod.

Bert currently serves as President of the Cape Cod Technology Council, consults on tech,
web marketing and general business matters, and is the Director of Community Engagement

for the Blue Economy Project at the Cape Cod Chamber of Commerce.
A former resident of St. Thomas, Virgin Islands, Bert started and was chef of the Sweet Life
Café, a vegetarian restaurant and meeting place for the Islands’ vegetarian and health food
community. A pioneer in developing vegetarian dishes, Bert created a popular vegeburger
which he now plans to introduce as a new food product, the ZenBurger.” said Cape Cod
Culinary Incubator Founder, Lee Hill.
Jackson commented: “Economic Development is one of the prime factors in sustaining our Cape Cod lifestyle so important to all of us who live here. The Cape Cod Culinary Incubator now in its third year can be a center of food information and education. Recent activities include being awarded a MassDevelopment TDI co-work space grant and retaining the firm, Brown Lindquist Fenuccio & Raber Architects, Inc.. I look forward in assisting CCCi in its effort to build out a shared use commercial kitchen by participating in its membership recruitment and fund raising efforts.”
